What's in the Kitchen
We all have to eat and therefore we have to cook. I'm sharing somethings I
find useful in my indoor cooking endeavors. I hope you may find them
helpful as well.

Cast Iron Cookware is my Go To for Cooking
This 10.25 Lodge Cast Iron Skillet is Pre-Seasoned and Ready to use.
This will be a purchase to last a lifetime and for generations to come.
The skillet is pre-seasoned yet when I'm done cooking with my cookware I still season with vegetable shortening periodically.
It's recommended not to use dish soap in cleaning your cast iron but at times I find it necessary to use a mild dish soap to clean mine.
You can use your cast iron to sear, sauté, bake, broil, braise and fry. I find cast iron is excellent and unparalleled in heat retention and even heating.  I'm grateful I can use it for cooking at home, in the oven, on the stove, on the grill or over the campfire.
